High risk situations
  • How does your company prioritize affected stakeholders for engagement?
  • Is the prioritization revisited throughout the project lifecycle or when there are changes to the operation?
  • Particularly where the risk of harm is high, including further upstream in your value chain, what is your process for identifying and addressing the barriers to engagement that may result in blind spots in your or your suppliers' risk assessment?[1]
